在MS密封膠注膠工藝施工中，我們要求施工人員嚴格執行工藝規程，認真掌握施工技術要領，對每一道裂縫都要先進行技術診斷，采取合理技術措施進行MS密封膠注膠處理。同時在施工前和施工后，我們做了大量的室內試驗和現場取樣試驗、縫隙MS密封膠注膠量達95%以上，各項技術性能指標基本達到混凝土路面質量要求。
采用開槽MS密封膠注膠工藝對京大公路票計處理裂縫2 508 m，經統計，修補成功率為%.8%。由于裂縫處治前進行路面開槽，使密封膠最大程度地滲透到裂縫內部而不僅僅遺留于裂縫表面，因采用壓力灌注，使新灌注的密封膠與路面粘合力增加，無開裂現象，經過半年多汽車運行，到目前裂縫處至今鉆結完好，無一處被輪胎帶走情況，且該膠有良好的耐磨性。
a)對混凝土路面施工中養護期內產生的斷板裂縫，3 d-10 d及時壓力MS密封膠注膠，可保證裂縫鉆接牢固，達到修補斷板的目的;
b)對混凝土路面在使用期和施工期產生的裂縫，斷角裂縫，在未發展到板塊沉陷、哪泥等嚴重情況下，及時采用MS密封膠注膠工藝，可完全修復路面，
c)MS密封膠注膠工藝施工簡單，工程量小，工期短，不影響交通，MS密封膠注膠6卜后即可通車;
