裂縫清理:裂縫切割后需采用高壓氣體噴灑設備，須配備有效的清除空氣中雜物的油濾，并可輸出清潔干燥、連續、高容量、高氣壓氣流的空氣。每條裂縫周邊和裂縫槽內至少進行兩遍高壓噴氣流清理。第一遍清除裂縫雜物時，噴嘴應在距離裂縫不大于5 cm的位置。第二遍距離可以較遠些，以便清除裂縫和裂縫周邊的所有松散穎粒和雜物;

裂縫填封灌注:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠填封材料在清縫工序完成后立即灌注，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠填封材料需具有雙層保溫性。當硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠達到規定溫度后，用灌縫機上的噴槍把膠均勻灌注到開槽后的裂縫表面內。灌縫材料通過灌縫機加熱融化后，通過噴槍輸送，灌注在清理過的槽口內，灌注時要自上而下充分填滿，應避免在填料下部產生氣穴，每條裂縫的灌注工作是連續的，如出現未充分填封的裂縫須再次進行填封處理。灌注后的表面與路面找平，也可以適當低于路面應控制在1 mm以內，灌注抹油寬度5 cm;

外觀清理:冷卻5 min-10 min，至裂縫表面的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠完全凝固，打磨處理表面，使外觀平整、美觀。撤去施工警示裝置，開放交通。

注意事項

a)開槽深度保證2 cm

b)填縫時室外路面最低氣溫應保證不低于10℃;

c)為確保填縫料與路面結合，開槽后務必保證裂縫表面清理干凈。以防止填縫料與路面之間有雜物，影響結效果，

d)確保硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的加熱溫度不低于190℃，不高于240℃，出料溫度不低于190℃，溫度過高時硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠老化變質，降低使用性能，溫度過低則無法操作，

e)灌縫貼縫后開放交通時間必須在30 min以后，確保一定的結合時間。http://www.qianjin8.cn/
