與聯(lián)系購進了新型補縫材料34515型單組分聚氨酯密封膠，該產(chǎn)品為改性瀝青材料，用于路面裂縫和接縫，達到了AASHTI M173標準，產(chǎn)品呈固體狀，加熱施工后，在裂縫表面形成了既有彈性又有鉆合性的物質(zhì)，有效地密封了路面裂縫，夏季不粘輪胎，冬季不發(fā)脆，在低溫下具有高度的延展性以有效地密封裂縫。京大高速公路山西段位于北方寒冷地區(qū)，選用的就是這種填縫材料。
單組分聚氨酯密封膠技術(shù)指標見表空壓機、發(fā)電機、CRAFCO灌縫機、CRAF-C0200型路面開槽機、砂輪機、夭平、量筒、鋼絲刷、施工工具車。

開槽灌縫流程
設(shè)置安全施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場，在作業(yè)區(qū)前方1 km, 500 m處設(shè)置施工警示標志，施工現(xiàn)場用紅色隔離帽隔離。將密封材料放入材料加熱倉，開啟加熱按鈕，至193℃左右便能開始施工;
裂縫開槽:對于小于13 mm寬的裂縫需使用一種裝有旋轉(zhuǎn)式碳鋼切割刀頭的開槽機，對準裂縫中線切割出均勻的正/長方形凹槽。對于一般裂縫可以用開槽機沿著路面裂縫進行開槽處理，切削深度2 cm，寬度3 cm。http://www.qianjin8.cn/
